Thymonia is located in the southeastern part of Thassos between Aliki and the Monastery of the Archangel Michael. It is far away 32 km from Limenas and 16 km from Potos.

It is a quiet rocky beach ideal for fishing. The beach is not organized and so make sure you have the right equipment. On the beach you will find an ancient circular tower of diameter 15 meters which is preserved at an impressive height.
