Electronic payments: If you cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are entitled to a refund 80%. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled transfer, you are not entitled to a refund. Cash payments: Let us know if you would like to cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before your scheduled transfer. If you cancel your transfer and we have not been notified at least 2 hours before your scheduled transfer, you will have to pay the full amount of the transfer.
Once you have completed the booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and details of your booking in a few minutes in your email.
If you choose to pay online, you will receive a confirmation email immediately upon completion of the online payment.
If you choose to pay cash to the driver, you will receive the confirmation via email in a few minutes after we review your booking details.

For arrival transfer from the airport, please specify your arrival time depending on your ticket. If you are going to the airport for your departure, it is recommended that you be there at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time, but also keep in mind the duration of the transfer. In the arrivals hall of the airport or near your boat at the port, the driver will keep a plate with your name provided on the booking request.
From your hotel or address
If the collection point is a hotel, the guide will meet you in the lobby or at the reception or outside the hotel reception. If the collection point is a private house or apartment, you will have to wait at the point specified at the time of booking confirmation.
No, there is no extra charge if your flight or arrival ship is delayed. We monitor flight and ship arrivals to ensure that if there is a change at the time of your arrival, our guide will be there upon your arrival.
A vehicle can carry up to 4 passengers, including babies and children and up to 4 full-size suitcases and 4 hand luggage. If you have excessive luggage, mention it in the special requests field in the booking request.
All our cars are completely disinfected and disinfected after each ride. A face mask is required from both the driver and the passengers. If you have luggage, you can choose whether the driver can help you with your luggage or not.
